Commercial & Residential Delivery in Northwest Arkansas
From a commercial dock, warehouse, retailer, or cross-dock point to a job site, business, or home, B2 scopes the equipment, handling, access, placement, and appointment requirements before dispatch.
Tell us the item count, dimensions, weight, locations, access, dates, and final placement. We will confirm whether the project fits B2’s equipment and schedule.

Flexible Final-Mile Solutions
B2 combines moving-trained handling with commercial delivery capability. The right plan depends on how the shipment arrives, what equipment it needs, where it must go, and which services are included after arrival.
B2 performs the delivery services assigned to B2 with trained, in-house teammates—not a subcontracted delivery crew or day labor. The written scope identifies B2’s pickup point, handoff point, responsibilities, and exclusions.

Define the Finish Line
Service-level names are often used differently across retailers and carriers. B2 documents the exact placement, handling, setup, packaging, and exclusions in the quote.
Shipment is placed at an accessible exterior location such as a driveway, parking area, loading zone, or other agreed receiving point.
Shipment is moved through an accessible entrance and placed inside the first dry point of entry. Interior room placement is not included unless stated.
Shipment is placed in an agreed accessible room after B2 reviews doorways, stairs, elevators, walking distance, item size, and site protection needs.
Can add room placement, unpacking, basic setup, and packaging removal when specifically included and compatible with item instructions, access, safety, and disposal plans.
Curbside and threshold services normally do not include interior setup or packaging removal. White-glove work is customized. The written quote controls placement, assembly, installation limitations, debris handling, site protection, and any exclusions. Review the current B2 Terms & Conditions.
Commercial Handling Capability
A final-mile project can fail at the transition point if equipment, dimensions, weight, packaging, receiving access, or appointment details are unclear. B2 reviews those conditions before accepting the scope.
B2 can review freight that needs to move between a trailer, dock, grade-level site, or final destination using a liftgate and appropriate handling equipment. Weight, dimensions, surface, packaging, and center of gravity matter.
For qualifying projects, B2 can coordinate receipt from an inbound carrier, handling at the transfer point, and local dispatch. Timing, condition documentation, dwell, storage expectations, and handoffs must be defined.
New construction, occupied businesses, multi-tenant properties, restricted receiving hours, COI requirements, elevators, security, and site contacts all affect the plan.
Quote the Actual Delivery
Accurate shipment and site data lets B2 select equipment, labor, time, and a realistic service level instead of making assumptions at the receiving location.
Photos, product specifications, bills of lading, pallet data, floor plans, access notes, and site rules can materially improve the quote. B2 may request additional information before confirming equipment or availability.
One Plan From Pickup to Placement
Share freight data, packaging, condition, dimensions, weight, value concerns, and handling restrictions.
Confirm docks, liftgate needs, parking, surfaces, access, stairs, elevators, doorways, and receiving rules.
Document pickup, transport, curbside, threshold, room placement, setup, debris, and any project exclusions.
Align B2 availability with freight readiness, appointment windows, site contacts, and upstream carrier handoffs.
The B2 crew performs the assigned handling and delivery, then completes the agreed final handoff.

Confirm the Scope Before Scheduling
B2 provides custom commercial and residential final-mile delivery in Northwest Arkansas. Depending on the written scope, services can include commercial dock pickup, liftgate and pallet handling, job-site delivery, cross-dock and 3PL project support, plus residential curbside, threshold, room-of-choice, and white-glove delivery.
Curbside places the shipment at an accessible exterior location. Threshold places it inside the first dry point of entry. Room-of-choice adds interior placement in an agreed accessible room. White-glove can add placement, agreed setup, and packaging removal. The written quote defines the exact service level and exclusions.
B2 can scope liftgate and pallet-handling projects for commercial sites, job sites, residences, and other locations without dock-height access. Pallet dimensions, weight, freight condition, surface, access, equipment, and final placement must be reviewed before confirmation.
Yes. B2 can review cross-dock transfers and third-party logistics projects that require freight receipt, handling, local dispatch, and final delivery. The project plan identifies shipment data, handoff points, storage or dwell expectations if any, scheduling, equipment, handling, and delivery requirements.
B2 needs the pickup and delivery addresses, item or pallet count, dimensions, weight, packaging and freight condition, dates and appointment windows, dock or grade-level access, liftgate needs, stairs or elevators, walking distance, placement, assembly or packaging-removal requirements, site contacts, and any documentation or insurance requirements.
B2 performs the delivery services assigned to B2 with trained, in-house B2 team members rather than subcontracted delivery crews or day labor. Outside shippers, manufacturers, retailers, brokers, warehouses, or carriers may still be involved before B2 receives the shipment; the written scope identifies B2’s responsibility and handoff points.
Only when they are included in the written scope. Curbside and threshold deliveries normally do not include interior setup or debris removal. White-glove projects can include agreed placement, basic setup, and packaging removal, subject to item instructions, access, safety, disposal arrangements, and documented exclusions.
