Leadership Built on Move-Day Experience

Meet the B2 Moving Leadership Team

Meet the in-house Northwest Arkansas team supporting your move from the first call through the final walk-through. Our leaders bring hands-on truck experience to customer service, scheduling, training, and operations.

Family-owned • In-house team • Promoted from the trucks • No subcontractors

Family-Owned. Front-Line Focused.

Leadership That Serves the People Doing the Work

B2 Moving is family-owned and operated by Adam Burch and Jesse Bray. From our Rogers home base, one accountable, in-house team supports your move from the first conversation through the final walk-through—never subcontractors.

Our office leadership works for the front line—not the other way around. We give our crews the training, equipment, information, and support they need to take exceptional care of every customer.

Experience Earned on the Trucks

Our leaders started by packing, padding, carrying, driving, and leading crews. Their decisions are grounded in what moving day actually requires.

Decisions Stay Close to the Work

Hands-on experience helps us build realistic schedules, accountable quotes, and practical plans that protect both our customers and crews.

Real People Who Know Your Move

When you call, text, or email, you reach an experienced B2 teammate who knows your job and can take action in your best interest.

Leadership Culture: Promoted from the Trucks

We grow leaders by investing in hands-on training and real-world experience—often side-by-side on the job, shadowing an owner or a mentor trained by an owner. At B2, every crew leader and manager earns their role through being coachable, polite, eager to serve, reliable, and accountable. They rise because they consistently deliver five-star customer experiences and take personal ownership of every move.

Meet the Leadership Team

Real B2 teammates — started on the trucks, now leading the way. No subcontractors. In-house, trained, and accountable.

Shane Taylor

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Shane has been with B2 for five years, starting out on the trucks where he learned the hands-on side of every move. That foundation has helped him grow into our top Customer Service Representative over the past three seasons. He’s helped more than 2,000 customers with their moving needs and is one of the main voices you’ll hear when you call B2. If you’ve worked with us before, there’s a good chance Shane played a key part in your move—and in B2’s growth as a whole.

Seth Nelson

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Seth has been with B2 for two years and serves as our second salesman. With extensive experience on the trucks, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver a smooth, stress-free move. That hands-on background shows in every estimate he puts together. Seth is extremely detail-oriented, works on his craft every day, and continues to grow as a salesperson—he’s a pleasure to work with for both our team and our customers.

Parker Torres

CSR in Training

Parker has been with B2 for two summers, starting on the trucks where he learned firsthand what it takes to deliver a great move. He’s consistently polite, upbeat, and always the first to step in and help—whether it’s a teammate or a customer. Now training in sales, Parker has adapted quickly and is already booking both large and small jobs with strong results. Hardworking and coachable, he’s a pleasure to work with and an important part of B2’s next generation.

Chris Taylor

Operations Manager

Chris has been with B2 for six years and is our longest-tenured mover. From his early days on the trucks to his role today, he’s been a cornerstone of our growth and continued success. Chris now has his hands in nearly every part of the business—dispatch, crew leadership, social media, compliance and quality control, claims, and more—helping ensure every move meets the standard B2 is known for.

Chris Hopping

Scheduling Manager

Chris has been with B2 for three years and brings a lifetime of experience in the moving industry. When we had an opening for this role in 2024, he stepped up without hesitation and immediately made a tremendous impact. He’s the one behind the scenes turning complex schedules, routes, and crew assignments into a smooth plan that keeps our days on track and our customers satisfied. Chris’s deep industry knowledge and steady presence make him a quiet force in B2’s continued success.

Isaac Starr

Operations Manager

Isaac has been with B2 for over two years and has become an integral part of the team. He’s known for stepping up to any task—no matter how challenging—and tackling it with a positive, can-do attitude. In addition to training crews hands-on in the field, Isaac manages inventory and storage operations. His servant-style leadership and genuine care for both the team and our customers have made him a standout member of B2.

Myers Burch

Manager

As the son of one owner and nephew of the other, Myers has grown up inside B2 from day one. He wears a lot of hats, helping oversee nearly every part of the business, and he’s the one keeping a close eye on our numbers and finances. Myers has a sharp ability to observe what’s happening on the trucks, in the office, and with our customers, soak it all in, and spot opportunities others might miss. From there, he’s not just ideas—he turns those observations into real, workable strategies that get put into action and make B2 stronger. His main focus is continually lifting both our operations and sales teams so we can serve customers better every year.

Jaxon Burch

In Training

Jaxon is the son of one owner and nephew of the other. Over the past three years, he’s gained hands-on experience working on our trucks and learning the business from the ground up. As a recent high school graduate, he’s now expanding his role across all areas of operations, with a growing focus on payroll and the numbers side of the business. Jaxon is committed to building his future at B2 Moving, and we’re proud to invest in him as part of the next generation of our family business.

Q&A: How Our Leadership Protects Your Move

Real questions we get from customers — and how B2 leadership standards show up on your move day.

What does “promoted from the trucks” mean at B2?
Our leaders started as movers. They learned the B2 way by packing, loading, driving, and caring for customers long before they ever held a title. That firsthand experience keeps decisions close to the work and protects your move from guesswork.
How does B2 train crew leaders?
Crew leaders earn the role by completing our in-house B2 Leadership Course and proving consistent performance, safety, and five-star customer feedback. They’re mentored by senior leaders, trained on clear communication and planning, and coached to lead calm, respectful crews.
What should I expect from a B2 crew leader on move day?
On move day your crew leader does a quick walkthrough, confirms scope and priorities, huddles the crew, and sets a clean plan. They keep you updated throughout the day, and if anything changes, they flag it early and solve it with you—not at the end.
How do you keep service consistent as you grow?
Consistency starts with people who care. We hire for character, train to a standard, and reward ownership. Leaders do ride-alongs, review real move-day feedback, and run after-action check-ins so every crew keeps improving as we grow.
Can a new teammate work their way into leadership at B2?
Yes. Our culture is merit-based. We look for ownership, coachability, respect, and consistency. Teammates who show those traits get mentored, trained to lead crews, and can grow into dispatch, sales, operations, or any role the company needs.
